Their rooms are always cosy and luxurious with a curtain across patio doors as well as large bathroom.

Really enjoyable experience there. Immaculately clean hotel with helpful staff and convenient location so close to all shops and restaurants as well as a North London. Huge luxurious room with a queen sice bed.

Stayed at a guesthouse in north London, convenient location. Decent-sized room and clean facilities. £30 for linen and towels, but ended up buying pillows from a local supermarket. £20 extra for late check-in and use of kitchen. £100 deposit refunded in 2 weeks. Parking charge for driveway. No kettle or TV as advertised. it was a pleasant stay with friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere.

Always overall clean place with very nice staff and absolutely perfect location. Free parking nearby provided.

We enjoyed huge rooms with large bathroom and the staff were helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at a quiet oasis in North London. The place had everything I needed, from great wifi to a big kitchen and laundry room. The location was perfect, with easy access to the tube and a short commute to central London. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the shower was hot and powerful. The beds were comfy, and the other guests were quiet and friendly. it was a fantastic experience.

Although the location was a bit far from the tube, the quiet and peaceful neighborhood made up for it. Additionally, there was an extra charge of £20 for linen, but it was quickly resolved.

Comfortable bed in the king room, plus a microwave oven, a laptop safe, and central heating. Exceptionally comfortable and clean bathroom.

Had a nice size room complete with a very nice temperature, excellent heating, huge kitchen.

The location was great, close to public transportation and easy to get to the city center. The free laundry service was a nice perk, as we didn't have to worry about finding a laundromat. The host was friendly and welcoming, giving us a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival.

There were some maintenance issues in the room, such as a dead light bulb and tatty blinds that need replacing. The furniture was old and not very appealing.
